My mission is to support women in parenting, relationships, work transitions, menopause, health and wellness, body image/eating issues, and vibrant aging.
The approach I take to therapy is person-focused and evidence-based, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and related modalities, such as Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT).
